3 displaced after fire at Franklin home
Three people were displaced after a fire tore through a Franklin home early Saturday morning. The fire happened just before 1 a.m. at a house at 26 Pleasant St., the Franklin Fire Department said in a press release. It started in the back of the home and then spread throughout the first floor.Firefighters brought the two-alarm blaze under control just before 3 a.m. It left the home uninhabitable.No injuries were reported.The Red Cross is assisting the three displaced.The cause of the fire is under investigation.
