Robert (Bob) Cleveland, 83, of Montrose passed away surrounded by his loving family at his home on September 24, 2018. Funeral mass will begin at 10:30 am on Friday, September 28 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Montrose. Visitation will begin on Thursday at 5 pm with a 7 pm rosary and prayer service at St. Patrick in Montrose.

Bob Cleveland was born in Minneapolis, MN on November 4, 1934 to Joseph and Agnes (Healy) Cleveland. He grew up in Montrose and graduated from Montrose High School. He served in the Army from 1956 - 58 and then came back home to farm with his dad. Bob married Audrey Wuebben in 1961 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Montrose. After farming, he drove feed truck for Cenex for 22 years.

Bob was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Montrose and also a member of the volunteer fire department for many years. He supported all Montrose sports and rarely missed an event. He was Irish Booster of the Year in 2006 and played slowpitch softball for over 25 years. Bob loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending all their activities.

Bob is survived by: his wife, Audrey of Montrose; children, Joni (Dan) Grocott of Montrose, Jean (Jeff) O'Hara of Montrose, Jeff (Marlene) of Corsica, Jim (Kathy) of Montrose, Jay (Colleen) of Montrose, Jerry (Melanee) of Bismark, ND, Jane (Jeremy) Wiebersick of Montrose and Jill (Todd) Skyberg of Montrose; 28 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Denny (Linda) and Donna (Jerry) Hetland, both of Montrose; and in-laws, Maurice Wuebben, Pat Wuebben, Donalda (Gene) Kolbeck, Chuck (Phyllis) Wuebben, Ron (Mary) Wuebben and Clair (Diann) Wuebben; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Rose Elizabeth, grandchildren Alex O'Hara and Andrea Cleveland, siblings Betty and Bill Cleveland and several in-laws. www.kinzleyfh.com
