Josh Altman and Heather Bilyeu have a pregnancy scare on tonight's new episode of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles.

In a sneak peek at the new episode, the engaged couple are seen sitting down after the scare to discuss the possiblity of having children, and Altman informs Bilyeu that he's simply not ready.

"Are relationship is amazing right now... I don't know if there's room for a third column," Altman explains.

In response, Bilyeu tells Altman the idea of a pregnancy was his idea, and asks, "Are you ever going to be ready?"

Over two years ago, the couple discussed their future plans for a family.

"We definitely want to start a family," Bilyeu told Bravo's The Daily Dish in Aug. 2013. "[Josh] wants five, maybe six kids, because he’d like to have a full soccer team. Me on the other hand, I think maybe three max... I think it would be nice to enjoy marriage first, and then maybe in the next year or two start working on [a family]."

"We both have great families," Altman added. "So that’s the reason why we want to have big families. We have a lot of fun and we love when everyone comes and visits."

While Altman and Bilyeu may not be expecting quite yet, they are planning to wed early next year.
