Overturned cement truck blocks Route 24 in York Township
Staff Report
An overturned cement truck blocked traffic on southbound Route 24 near E. Prospect Road in York Township Thursday morning according to York Area Regional Police. Police are on the scene and advise motorists to avoid the area.
