Trial under way for '91 murder of KY woman

HOPKINS CO., KY (WFIE) - The trial began Monday in a Hopkins County murder that happened 18 years ago.
Bradley Dale Day is accused of the 1991 murder of 30-year-old Sheila Jo Hargrove of Manitou, Kentucky.
Her body was found in a strip mine pit off Bean Cemetery Road.
The cold case heated up after police came up with new evidence, and in 2007 Dale Day was indicted and later arrested in Texas.
The trial is expected to last until the end of the week.
