VH1 To Air Star-Studded Tribute To Big Ang On March 9th

Celebrity superfans of the Mob Wives star will come together to remember this larger-than-life personality.

The VH1 family lost one of its brightest stars on February 18th when we learned of the passing of Big Ang Raiola. And this week, we plan to honor her memory with one last party. Larger Than Life: A Celebration of Big Ang will debut at 9 PM ET/PT on Wednesday, March 9th immediately following the series finale of Mob Wives on VH1. NEW YORK, NY (MARCH 8, 2016) – It’s the end of an era on VH1 when the series finale of the network’s hit “Mob Wives” airs Wednesday, March 9th at 8 PM ET/PT. The series finale will be directly followed by a tribute to one of VH1’s most beloved stars, Angela “Big Ang” Raiola, who passed away in February following a battle with cancer. The special, titled “Larger Than Life: A Celebration of Big Ang” will debut at 9 PM ET/PT on Wednesday, March 9th.

Tune in to VH1 next week to catch the final “Mob Wives” reunion show, airing Wednesday, March 16th at 8 PM ET/PT.

Friends and family alike will gather with celebrity superfans to celebrate “Big Ang” – a singular personality known for her warmth, open-heartedness, and generosity. Big Ang burst upon the pop culture scene during the second season of “Mob Wives,” immediately winning the hearts of fans worldwide.
