— -- After seeing his close friend Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison drop almost 200 pounds, "Pawn Star's" Austin 'Chumlee' Russell decided it was time to drop some weight as well.

"It was time for me to get healthy," Russell told People magazine.

The reality star and pawn shop funnyman said he's lost 95 pounds.

"I started at 320 pounds, and now I'm down to 225. When I first began, I eliminated all processed foods except mustard," he said.

The new, slender Russell even has a new, healthy motto.

"Now, 'everything in moderation' is my motto," he said.

Earlier in the year, Russell told the Las Vegas Review-Journal all about how he lost the weight.

“I’m going to the gym six days a week,” he said. “I’m eating right. Well-balanced diet. I drink a juice smoothie every morning.”
