UPDATE: Man arrested in armed robbery at Pike County pharmacy

UPDATE 12/1/17 @ 4:05 p.m.

A Pike County man was arrested in connection with a pharmacy robbery Tuesday in Toler, Kentucky State Police say.

Timothy M. Damron of Kimper is charged with the robbery at Total Pharmacy Care.

Troopers also say evidence shows that Damron may be connected to a robbery early Thursday morning at the Double Kwik in Justiceville.

Investigators on Thursday served a search warrant at Damron's home in the 100 block of Coleman Road when they discovered the additional evidence. They say charges on that second robbery are pending.

Kentucky State Police is investigating an armed robbery at a pharmacy.

According to a release, the incident happened just after 9:30 Tuesday morning at the Total Pharmacy Care in the Toler area.

Troopers say a man entered the pharmacy and brandished a firearm demanding prescription medication.

According to KSP, the man was wearing a gray hoodie and a mask covering his face.

Kentucky State Police is asking the public for any information relating to this case.
