Frances Bean Cobain’s $2.3M bungalow sells like teen spirit

Grunge-rock scion Frances Bean Cobain — the only daughter of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and Hole frontwoman Courtney Love — has sold her four-bedroom Los Angeles bungalow for $2.33 million.

That sum marks a tidy profit for the 26-year-old artist. She nabbed the 3,357-square-foot Hollywood Foothills home — at 2015 North Curson Ave. — for around $1.8 million, right after inheriting about a third of her father’s estate, according to Variety.

The home features a living room with a central fireplace and an arched wooden ceiling.TheAgencyRe.com

Cobain once shared the home with her now ex-husband, indie musician Isaiah Silva.

The identity of the new owner isn’t immediately clear.

What’s certain is the home definitely rocks. Built in 1930 in a Spanish style, period touches include tile, wrought iron, stained glass and vintage light fixtures.

A formal entry leads to a living room with a fireplace and a handsome, stenciled, wood-beamed ceiling. The kitchen, located next to the family and dining rooms, has Viking appliances, a farmhouse sink and a walk-in pantry.

The second-level master suite has a dressing area and a balcony.

Outside, the backyard has a patio with space for dining. Fittingly, a detached garage was converted into a recording studio and screening room.

Billy Rose of The Agency marketed the listing, but could not comment on the deal.
