ICA Drama Festival seeking entries
Entries are invited for the 63rd Wicklow ICA Drama Festival which will take place in Glenealy Village Hall next January.
This is an open festival and isn't confined to only ICA groups. There are two sections in the festival.
Section A for one act plays or a single act from a full length play and Section B for sketches.
The drama Festival runs from January 19 to January 21 2018.
The 2017 Festival held in January of this year saw Coolgreany Drama win the premier award in the plays section, with Balally Players the runners-up, while the Terri Connolly Cup for best sketch went to Peter Robbie of Delgany Dramatic Society for 'Group Dynamic.'
Condon Cup for Best ICA Group was awarded to Delgany ICA.
In the sketch section the Adjudicator's Award went to Carolann Murphy of Wicklow Writers for 'Are You There John.'
