Arrest made in connection with missing Florence couple

A Springfield man was arrested Friday morning and charged with murder in connection with the disappearance of a northern Kentucky couple.

Craig Pennington was arrested today at 7:00 a.m. seven miles east of Springfield on Texas Mackville Road.

The missing couple, Robert K. Jones and Crystal J. Warner, have been missing since July 3rd, and had last been seen in Springfield.

The investigation has revealed evidence that the couple is deceased.

The couple’s remains have yet to be found.
