Fitness celebrity to lead classes/cardio concerts at Lakeland Family YMCA

LAKELAND — California-based fitness celebrity The Fitness Marshall and his backup dancers will present two, 60-minute dance-fitness classes/cardio concerts this weekend in the basketball gym at the Lakeland Family YMCA on Cleveland Heights Boulevard.

Tickets cost $47 and will be available at the door of the YMCA starting at 4 p.m. Saturday for the 5 p.m. Saturday session and starting at 2 p.m. Sunday for the 3 p.m. Sunday session.

The events are open to participants of all fitness levels and ages 13 and older. Halloween costumes are encouraged at Sunday's event.
