If you've yet to raise a stein at an Oktoberfest celebration, or you have a hankering to do it again, you've got another chance this weekend.

Robert Forster of West Allis (second from right) and Craig Leiner (right) of Wauwatosa lead fellow members of Wendlstoana Milwaukee, a German dance club founded in Milwaukee in 1927, in singing a traditional German toast as they hold steins of beer aloft.

The 7th annual Milwaukee Oktoberfest kicks off today at Veterans Park. Enjoy free beer while it lasts from the ceremonial keg after it's tapped at 5 p.m., or join the Dunkel Dash 5K at 6 p.m. The polka music, beer, brats and fun continues until 8:30 p.m.

Over at the Pabst, Ingrid Michaelson and special guest AJR take to the stage at 8 p.m. Tickets are $35.
