PIPPA Middleton will go to the High Court today to try to stop her 3,000 stolen iPhone pictures going global.

Lawyers for the Duchess of Cambridge’s little sister will lodge a privacy request with judges.

The Sun revealed the personal pictures, including some of Prince William, Kate and their children George and Charlotte, had been hacked from Pippa’s iCloud.

A source said: “They can’t be published here in the UK.

“But the situation in the US regarding hacked pictures is different, so there is always the possibility they could be published there or elsewhere in Europe.

“Her lawyers are likely to apply for a worldwide ban on any publication on the grounds of privacy.”

Pippa, 33, is determined to avoid a repeat of “The Fappening” incident two years ago where pictures taken from celebrities’ phones were put online.

It included naked images of Hollywood star Jennifer Lawrence which are still available on the web.

Pippa’s case at London’s High Court is listed as “Middleton & anr v The Person or Persons Unknown”.

Meanwhile police have released a 35-year-old man on bail after questioning him over the hackings.

He was arrested at an address in Northamptonshire on Saturday on suspicion of a Computer Misuse Act offence.

The Sun had been contacted by email on Friday by a man demanding “a minimum of £50,000” within 48 hours for the images of Pippa.

He claimed to have photos including her being fitted in a wedding dress and naked snaps of her millionaire fiancé James Matthews, 41.

Messages to and from Pippa are also believed to have been swiped by the crook.

The Sun had no intention of entering into a deal and alerted Pippa, who thanked us for bringing it to her attention.

Her iCloud is believed to have been raided using a very simple technique in which the hacker gathered private info about her which is already in the public domain.
