ITCHY-O Release Creepy Animated Video For “Black Mist”

Colorado industrial mariachi metal band (it’s a thing) Itchy-O have released an animated music video for their track “Black Mist”, which is the first track from their upcoming album Mystic Spy | Psykho Dojo. The 50+ member band (yes, you read that right) is heavily percussion-based and their live shows are a sight to behold. While this video doesn’t give any impression of what that is like, trust me when I tell you that you should see them if they come to your area.
Under the direction of Will Kingston and AJ Koch, the video was produced by the Denver-based animation production house Stranger Studios and features original artwork by Sarah Menzel.
Stranger Studios released a statement saying, “‘Black Mist’ was a perfect opportunity to create a unique brand of entertainment. We started with a shared vision and were offered plenty of chances to improvise and adapt as we worked through it. Should the stars align, we would jump at the opportunity to work with Itchy-O again.”
