Ayushmann Khurrana is enjoying a great run at the box office. Last year, he had two releases – 'AndhaDhun' and 'Badhaai Ho' – which won critical acclaim and raked in the moolah, too. In fact, 'AndhaDhun', which also starred Tabu, crossed the Rs 350 crore mark at the ticket windows in China.
Besides being an
actor, Ayushmann is also a
singer and composer. He made his singing debut with Paani Da Rang in
Vicky Donor and followed it up with Saadi Galli Aaja in Nautanki Saala.
He has also crooned the reprised versions of some tracks from his films and released a few singles, too. Ayushmann, who has his band called Ayushmann Bhava, has often expressed that he loves performing on the stage. On April 27, he will perform at the San Diego Convention Center in California.
Recently, the former-RJ also announced a contest for his fans to jam with him. All his followers had to do was send him their videos, either playing an instrument or crooning a song. On the movie front, the actor will next be seen playing a cop in Anubhav Sinha’s project. This will be the first time he will don the khaki, and the actor is very excited about it. But, for now, its music and lyrics that’s on his mind.
