Man dead in Aberdeenshire after horror crash between bus and car
Cops confirmed that the incident on the A93 Ballater to Braemar road at Bridge of Gairn on Friday evening was fatal. And they’re asking anybody with information to come forward
A MAN has died after a horror crash between a bus and a car in Aberdeenshire.
Cops confirmed that the incident on the A93 Ballater to Braemar road at Bridge of Gairn on Friday evening was fatal.
They say that a Stagecoach bus and a red Vauxhall Astra were involved in the collision around 6.20pm on Friday.
And the car driver died from his injuries.
Police expressed their condolences to the man’s family.
Now they’re appealing for any information on what happened as their investigations continue.
Road Policing Sergeant Peter Henderson said, "Enquiries are ongoing and we have already spoken with a number of witnesses.

"I would ask that anyone who has not already given their details to Police and who saw either vehicle in the area please get in touch.
“Likewise if motorists believe they may have dashcam footage which could assist our enquiries, I would urge you to come forward.
