Camilla appears to take style cues from Duchess of Cambridge for Swindon visit

The Duchess of Cornwall and Duchess of Cambridge made history when carried out their first joint engagement back in June.
And now it looks like the two women are continue to influence each other, as Camilla arrived for engagements on Monday in a dress strikingly similar to the dress worn by her step daughter-in-law on Sunday afternoon.
Kate, 38, wore a blue Beulah dress on Sunday as she visited a hospital in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, for afternoon tea with staff and volunteers.
On Monday afternoon, Camilla donned a darker blue dress with a white collar for an engagement in Swindon, as she met emergency workers who have helped in the coronavirus response.
Camilla was also wearing a Fitbit on the visit.
Royal fans were quick to notice the similarities in the outfits.
It’s not the first time that royals have copied one another. During the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s visits around the UK before they stepped back from senior duties, the duchess wore the blue version of a Victoria Beckham dress which the Countess of Wessex had worn in orange back in 2015.

On Monday afternoon, Camilla carried out two engagements in Swindon, near to her Wiltshire home where she and Prince Charles are believed to be spending some of their time now they are back in England.
Camilla thanked emergency responders for their work, saying: “Just before I go, I’d like to thank you for everything you’ve done throughout this pandemic – I don’t know, we just have to keep our fingers crossed that we don’t see the second wave.
“But I think it’s lovely to see how everybody’s working together.”
She first went to Swindon Fire Station, where she met firefighters, medical staff and paramedics outside during her first solo public appearance since lockdown.
She heard of how firefighters changed roles to support paramedics, saying: “It’s one of these things, everybody has pulled together, which is so important – I take my hat off to you all.”

Camilla, 72, also went to Swindon Borough Council, where she met with members of the council and representatives from the Live Well Hub.
She met both the people who helped run the hub and some Wiltshire residents who had benefited from it.
She added a trench coat over her shoulders on the second engagement, as the breeze continued to affect the West Country.
Camilla and Charles returned to England from Scotland in June, where they had spent most of the lockdown, living in Birkhall.
But they are now said to be in the duchess’s home and Charles’s Gloucestershire home, Highgrove.
Kate met staff at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Norfolk on Sunday as she and her husband Prince William, 38, carried out their first joint in-person engagement since lockdown in the UK.
The couple spoke to Suzie Vaughan, who had to live apart from her two daughters for nine weeks to make sure they were protected from coronavirus.
And they were given three knitted angel keyrings for their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
