James Charles Breaks Silence on YouTube Beauty Community Drama

James Charles is breaking his silence.

The 21-year-old YouTuber and Instant Influencer host addressed the ongoing beauty YouTube community drama in an interview with paparazzi on Sunday (July 5).

During the chat, James was asked about the drama in the community.

“Who knows? I’m just staying out of it, minding my own business. I just moved into a beautiful new house. I have great friends around me,” he said.

When specifically asked about the drama surrounding Shane Dawson‘s past problematic videos, he said: “I don’t wanna talk about anything in relation to him.”

He also said “I don’t really wanna address anything in [regards] to the drama” when asked about Tati Westbrook.

However, when asked about Shane‘s past behavior, he said: “I think it should always be looked at on a case-by-case basis and make sure that people are changing actively.” He also shook his head when asked if he had spoken to Shane recently.
