The 'Bad Boy 3' star has reportedly also turned over his email communications with the 'All of Us' actor after he got subpoenaed by the trustee presiding over the litigation.

AceShowbiz - Will Smith has reportedly turned over his financial records and communications in pal Duane Martin's bankruptcy case.
Duane and his estranged wife Tisha Campbell-Martin filed for bankruptcy in 2016 after revealing they were $15 million (£11.6 million) in debt.
Tisha then filed for divorce in February, 2018, after 22 years of marriage, and in June (18) she filed legal documents alleging her estranged husband hid and misused funds during their union.
The trustee in the bankruptcy case also reportedly believes Martin is hiding $2.6 million (£2 million) in assets under a company named Roxe LLC, which he allegedly started to hide ownership of a mansion in Chatsworth, California that was purchased for $900,000 (£696,200) in 2006.
Martin reportedly took out a loan for $1.9 million (£1.5 million) to reconstruct the home, but defaulted.
The 53-year-old was reportedly able to negotiate a short sale with bank bosses and allegedly asked Will and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith to loan him $1.4 million (£1.1 million) to buy back the home, under Roxe LLC. The estranged couple then began leasing it for $5,000-a-month (£3,900). Last year (18), Duane put the home on the market for $2.7 million (£2.1 million).
He hoped to pay Will and Jada back and allegedly keep the rest of the profits, but the trustee demanded the home be turned over to benefit Duane and Tisha's creditors in September.
According to The Blast, the trustee has filed an amended lawsuit against Martin and included Smith's financial records and email communications after subpoenaing him for the information.
Will and Jada are not included in the lawsuit.
