Joseph DeStefano Wins NY's 3rd Assembly District Race
Joe DeStefano emerged victorious over Clyde Parker.
LONG ISLAND, NY — The voters have spoken, and Republican Joseph DeStefano has emerged victorious over Clyde Parker, a Democrat, in New York's 3rd Assembly District race.
DeStefano took the lead with 19,850 votes to Parker's 16,556, according to an unofficial tally by the Suffolk County Board of Elections.
The Third Assembly District of New York includes includes portions of the Town of Brookhaven, including Bellport and Mastic Beach in Suffolk County.
