If the U.S. abdicates internet stewardship, the United Nations might take control.
When the Obama administration announced its plan to give up U.S. protection of the internet, it promised the United Nations would never take control. But because of the administrations naiveté or arrogance, U.N. control is the likely result if the U.S. gives up internet stewardship as planned at midnight on Sept. 30.

It will be a very, very cold day in hell before I give the criminals at the UN one penny.
Thew UN will not take control unless by falsehood and subterfuge.. The defacto control will go to the Arabs , who will allow jihadi recruiting world wide.
Get it ? Duh?
Allawahoo Netbar!
It’ll be fun to see who gets to ‘em first, but some whiz kids somewhere in the world with have the UN’s computing infrastructure smokin’ within 24 hours.
Giving aid and comfort to the enemy. And still Traitorcongress does.................................................................................... nothing.
Get the UN out of the US. GET THE US OUT OF THE UN!! It is one world government and they will take your stuff! OUT!!
The EXEMPT GOP is too busy enabling TREASON,
and stopping the Peoples’ choice, to care.
The reason that the United States is a bright light unto the world is : FREEDOM OF SPEECH
Give that up , and the world will become dimmer
and the citizenry of the US lose much of their voice. !
Imagine a world without internet, without talk radio ..
Then, Citizen, where is your voice of opposition to globalism, one world government, AGENDA 21,
and eventually the citizenry becomes submissive until all become SHEEPLE !!
Is there anything this ba$tard has done NOT to harm the U.S.? Every day its some new revelation that makes us understand that he’a in the tank for the Satanists to assist in the formation of the NWO.
This tops my list of worst decisions right above Panama Canal.
Does anyone know how hard it will be to create another internet? Because #1 issue is not taxartion, it is freedom of speech.
All internet will be censored by totalitarians of one stripe or another.
Where in the world is the outrage? Finally, msm via WSJ pipes up, doesn’t matter if it is on money, a secondary issue.
Another internet like the darknet?
Good move. This must be stopped
It looks like another Obozo deal that Trump will have to cancel. Only Obozo would turn U.S. control of the Internet over to a communist run U.N.
Since Obozo is such a successful negotiator, as evidenced by the secret plane flight of $400 million to Iran, funding ISIS arms, allowing Iran to pursue Nuclear, etc.,etc..
I have a serious national security question about his proposed release of the internet on September 30.
As I understand it, the newest fighter jet, the F 35 needs internet access just to turn on its engines.
If that's true, if our opponent happens to control the internet that Obozo is supposed to relinquish on 9/30/16, couldn't they render the F 35 totally useless as a "dead duck" ?
Havent seen the internet requirement for f35. I doubt that is accurate.
It will be worldwide censorship of the truth about islam and UN propaganda for islam and communism.
PING!!!
A Unitied Nations with the power to assess global internet fees is a United Nations that has taxation power, and those powers will metastasize.

You can start your own domain name server.
It’s just a lookup table of ip addresses and their associated names ... like 123.23.90.143 = “www.SomeRandomWebServer.com”
It would be prudent to publish ip addresses to some non-gov repository in future just in case any funny business takes place.
So if someone decides Freerepublic.com will be de-listed from the world name-server you can just go look up the ip and use that for access.
The web is just too decentralized to be taken over by someone who controls a name-server.
You can do so much with P2P and encryption now that any takeover would be short-lived anyway...they can’t even control TOR and it’s really just a bunch of volunteer geeks having fun.
