Rihanna is clearly “anti” her father’s business practices.

The singer is suing her old man for allegedly using the name Fenty — which she trademarked — for his own entertainment company without her permission and has “misrepresented” the notion that he and a business partner can “act on her behalf,” according to court documents obtained by the Daily News.

Fenty is Rihanna’s real last name, as well as the last name of her dad, Ronald Fenty. Rihanna uses the Fenty name for own undertakings such as the Fenty Beauty Line.

Rihanna, 30, claims her father and one of his cohorts are misleading people into believing she is associated with her dad’s Fenty Entertainment company, which was founded in 2017.

“Although Mr. Fenty is Rihanna’s father, he does not have, and never has had, authority to act on Rihanna’s behalf, nor has he ever been authorized to use her name, intellectual property or publicity rights,” reads a portion of the suit.

The lawsuit accuses the men of deceptively promoting themselves as Rihanna’s representatives, and that they attempted to schedule her for 15 shows in Latin America in 2017.

The “Work” artist also claims her dad and his colleague have not acted on multiple cease and desist requests from her, so she’s asking a judge to block her dad from using Fenty moving forward.

Rihanna is also seeking unspecified damages.
