Here we have a very nice example of the AMT BACKUP 380 ACP. This is an Irwindale, CA manufacured handgun so we know it was produced prior to 1998. This is a smal frame handgun with a stainless steel frame and slide. Double action only with a pretty stout trigger pull, a 2.5" barrel, fixed sights, uncracked black plastic grips, bore is good as is the finish...no rust or pitting. This is a non safety handgun. Comes with one 5 shot factory magazine (no finger extention). No box or paperwork, Pa residents to pa sales tax. FFL required for this auction.

SUCCESSFUL BIDDER INSTRUCTIONS: You are responsible to know your State and Local laws...if you don't know, don't assume....especially if you reside in CA. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to begin the process of securing your auction after you have received your invoice. Contact your FFL agent and have them forward a copy of their FFL or C&R, which ever is applicable to the auction and make payment in a timely manner.

PAYMENT: PA residents pay 6% sales tax. We accept all major creditcards thru Gun Auction/PAI with a 1.5% handling fee. This fee will be posted on the invoice forwarded at the end of the auction. Phone payments will be 3% with no exceptions. We also accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and personal checks. Personal checks have a 10 day hold until cleared. Credit card payments are due within 48 hours of auction end, Money orders and Checks are due within 10 days. After 14 days the item will be relisted and Negative Feedback will be left to recoup auction fees.
SHIPPING: Auction winner to pay $10.00 shipping/insurance to the lower 48...AK&HI may be extra. All Long guns ship UPS insured and all Handguns ship via USPS Priority Mail insured. We do NOT ship AMMO to AK or HI. Auction item will be shipped with a signed copy of our FFL including winners name and phone number the same or next business day after recieving payment and appropriate FFL or C&R license.
RETURN POLICY: All firearms come with a 3 business day, non fire inspection period. We guarantee our auctions to be in the condition stated in the auction description, nothing more or less. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and urge communication directly with us if anything is in question in regards to the auction description.
