A nearly 40,000-square-foot piece of Boulder commercial real estate with retail storefronts and a medical office was recently sold for more than $6.5 million, according to a news release from NavPoint Real Estate Group, which represented seller REM Investment, LLC.
The property at 3280 and 3300 28th St. — home to businesses including Concentra Urgent Care and School of Rock Boulder — was bought by Peterman Properties, LLC.
“Retail assets on the 28th Street corridor in Boulder rarely come to market and we had multiple offers from both in- and out-of-state investors right out of the gate,” Matt Call of NavPoint said in a statement.
