Only mufg, the whole banking system in japan is still in japanese. who can invest in this country ???.

The last time I was in my MUFG branch, I had to fill out 2 paper forms with a ballpoint pen, including my phone number and other personal information, just to pay a gas bill. LOL.
They’ve got a lot of work to do before they can join the 21st century.
