The office will be located at 920 East Rutherford Street. Initially, only the bank’s loan products, including first and second residential mortgages, equity lines of credit, land loans, construction/permanent loans, commercial real estate loans and more, will be available. Other products will be offered later.
Loan Specialist Angel Forrester will be the office’s main customer contact. Other CBL officers and employees will staff the office on a rotating basis.
Chuck Langston of Langston-Black Real Estate helped with the acquisition of the property.
