Whether you're currently planning a wedding or are after some bouquet inspiration for the future, these flower trends from flower delivery service Bloom & Wild provides something beautiful for everyone.

Your overall style and theme will very much dictate what flowers you choose for your wedding day. Over-the-top or subtle? Colourful or softly-hued? The options may seem endless, but it doesn't have to be as tricky as it sounds.

Caroline Grimble, lead florist at Bloom & Wild, has revealed the top wedding flower trends for 2019 that you need to know about. If you're in the process of selecting flowers for a wedding or you're looking for some decor ideas ahead of a garden party, these six styles are worth paying attention to.

Perfect for giving your wedding (or home) that personal touch...

1. Pampas Grass

This beautiful flowering plant is native to Southern America and is loved for its eye-catching light blossom hue. 'Pampas Grass is a growing trend this season all the way from the 70s as I'm sure you've seen all over your favourite Instagram accounts. It's set to take over this wedding season featuring in large displays to catch attention,' Caroline explains.

2. Coral flowers

Add a pop of much-needed colour into your wedding day with a burst of coral. Caroline approves, saying: 'Coral will stay big in the floral world with Pantone choosing it as 2019’s Colour of the Year.'

3. Foliage and grasses

Update your wedding bouquet with the stunning textures found in foliage and grasses alike. And what a beautiful bridal bunch they will make!

4. Dried flowers

Dried flowers add a touch of something unique to your big day. Why not scatter them into your arrangement or across your table setting? 'Whether it's a whole bouquet or just the odd dried flower added into an arrangement, this trend is only getting bigger. So expect to see lots of seed heads and dried lavender, which make arrangements last such a long time,' Caroline says.

5. Block-colour bouquets

A beautiful bunch of flowers made with one colour is a striking trend for 2019. It's an excellent way to add a burst of character to your special day. Opt for hues such as pink, peach, red or lilac.

6. Flower Clouds

For a real head-turning statement, choose one of 2019's biggest trends: flower clouds. 'This summer is set to be full of flower clouds, some might say they are the new flower wall. These arrangements look perfect suspended above tables to bring a whole new level to your floral decoration,' Caroline says.

Choose these and you will wow your guests immediately.
