Ice-Cold Thanksgiving Week Weather For Pearl River

Headed to the Macy's Parade? Planning to go shopping before dawn on Black Friday? Take heed.

PEARL RIVER, NY — It's going to be really, really frigid this holiday week. The work week kicks off with a forecast of snow in the Catskills and ends with harsh cold on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

"It’s only mid November, but if you look at the 5 Day Forecast, you might think it was mid January," said Alex Marra and Bill Potter of Hudson Valley Weather.

If you're going to the Macy's Parade in NYC (highs in the mid 20s) or if you have plans for dawn (around 10 degrees above zero) on Black Friday, make sure you are thoroughly bundled up.
