Super geek Sarah Hodge-Wetherbe will take a look at some of the most famous paranormal stories in Massachusetts history. Every state has its own ghost stories, but no other state has the Dover Demon or the Salem Witch Trials. From sea-side ghosts, to UFOs over the Berkshires, Massachusetts has a rich history of paranormal legends, odd events, and strange denizens. Come hear all about them! Learn the five skills job seekers need to be resilient. Improve your capacity to: (1) Measure their moment to moment stress level; (2) Build cognitive endurance; (3) Transform stress reactions into valuable feedback; and (4) Value failure in reaching personal and organizational goals. Sprouts Story Time
Monday, September 24, 10:15am and 11am
For young children ages 0 to 3 years. Older siblings are always welcome to join in! Join us for a fun session of stories, songs, fingerplays, instruments, and gentle movement that help build early literacy skills. Please note, we have 2 sessions that are the same, one is at 10:15am and the other is at 11:00am. There is no registration, HOWEVER, there is limited space in the room. Please check in at the Children's desk upon arrival to check to see if there is still room available in the session.
Barks & Books with Prince
Monday, September 24, 4:45pm-6pm
For students reading INDEPENDENTLY in Grades K to 5. Kids (especially those struggling with reading) are invited to sign up for a one-on-one session with our service dog Prince on Mondays. Each session lasts for 15 minutes in private in our Story Time Room. Bring your own book or borrow one of ours to read. This is a great way to build literacy confidence and fluency with a non-judgmental canine reading partner! Register HERE.

"Out Of Our Mind" Art Show
The Tewksbury Community of Artists have a new art show on display in the Tewksbury Public Library's first-floor Fairgrieve Wing through Tuesday, October 9. The "Out Of Our Mind" show features 7 artists -- Jack Bordenca (acrylics); Valerie Borgal (watercolor); Wallace Lafayette (acrylics); Marion Martorella (watercolor); Elaine Meisinger (watercolor); Anna Marie Nicoletti (watercolor/pen & ink); and Donna Price (mixed media/acrylic).
