JOHNSON CITY, TN (WJHL) – Jury selection is underway for a man accused of killing a Johnson City man on July 4, 2014.
Moses Ballard is accused of shooting and killing Michael Rowe.
A grand jury indicted Ballard on a first-degree murder charge in October 2015.
Ballard was originally indicted for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Rowe.
Investigators said a fight between Ballard and Rowe ended in gunfire on Myrtle Avenue in Johnson City the night of the shooting.Copyright 2016 WJHL. All rights reserved.
