"If there is a bad situation...find the good in it."

Getting philosophical, she added: "I always say there is no regrets in life.

"Everything is a lesson."

And the I'm A Celeb star said she found comfort in the support of her family when the going got tough.

The X Factor runner-up explained: "Always have family time - it keeps you grounded.

"It reminds you where you started and also gives you motivation."

Fleur narrowly missed out on reaching tonight's final after being given the boot last night.

Her fellow campmates flocked to hug her after Holly Willoughby, 37, and Declan Donnelly, 43, announced the singer had been axed.

And after walking across the bridge, Fleur tipped her pal Harry to win, saying: "It's got to me my dad Hazza."

She also insisted she's looking forward to eating some "dirty food."

The singer laughed: "My gosh, food. We were talking about food all day every imaging all the dirty things we were going to eat. [I am going to have] a dirty pizza and a dirty burrito."
