Clarksburg man charged after allegedly throwing rock through window of local business

A Clarksburg man has been charged after allegedly throwing a rock through the window of a local business.

According to the criminal complaint, police responded to a disturbance at the Rite Aid in Rosebud Plaza Wednesday. The manager told police that 23-year-old Timothy Rifle had thrown a rock from a flower bed at one of the windows, causing the window to shatter.

Police say Rife was taken into custody without incident and is charged with destruction of property.
