Updated: missing 33-year-old Chilliwack woman has been located

      Update (June 26): The Upper Fraser Valley RCMP announced that Dawn Lorraine Smith has been located and is safe.

      Chilliwack RCMP are asking for help in locating a 33-year-old woman from Chilliwack, who may be in the Metro Vancouver area.

      Dawn Lorraine Smith was last in contact with a family member on June 15, and both police and her family are concerned about her well-being, according to an Upper Fraser Valley RCMP news release issued today (June 25).

      She is a white female who is 173 centimetres (five-feet, eight-inches) tall and weighs 74 kilograms (163 pounds). Her hair is brown and her eyes are green.

      Investigators believe she may have travelled to Vancouver.

      Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Chilliwack RCMP at 604-792-4611 or, to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
