An amateur pilot and professional romantic took to the sky with his other half and popped the question while cruising through the clouds.
The man named Miguel set up a camera in the cockpit before the trip, which captured the couple during take-off and landing as well as the crucial moment Ana Cristina said 'yes'.
The duo, who were flying over an unidentified part of America in a Cessna light aircraft, set out for a sunrise flight and were off the ground before the break of day.

In the video the couple can be seen taking photographs while gaining altitude - the video has been sped up in order to reach the climax quicker.
Suddenly the footage returns to normal speed as a rather nervous looking Miguel declares his love for his partner.
Ana Cristina then replies that she feels the same and plants a kiss on his cheek as the pilot fumbles in his coat pocket and pulls out a ring box.
Miguel then says: 'Will you be my best friend forever,' while presenting her with the ring - she responds by clutching her mouth in shock.

She then says: 'What. Is that real?' before confirming that she will marry him and becoming slightly emotional.
The couple then seal the deal with a kiss before Miguel returns to the controls.
Meanwhile a stunned Ana Cristina struggles to compose herself while looking down at the ring in sheer delight.
Later in the video - when the footage has been sped up once again - Ana Cristina can be seen putting the ring on and taking photographs of it on her finger.

Eventually the plane comes into land and touches down safely.
Writing online after posting the video to the internet, Miguel said: 'On a cool Saturday morning, I decided to surprise my girlfriend, Ana Cristina, with a ring.
'After trying to figure out how to do it for a couple of months I finally settled on a sunrise flight.
'As you can see by her reaction, she was stunned.'
