Ingredients You Need for Thai Green Curry Detox Cauliflower Rice [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

 

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons tamari
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 small bunch of scallions
  • 2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, for garnish (optional)

How to Prepare Thai Green Curry Detox Cauliflower Rice [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Pulse the cauliflower florets into rice using a blender or food processor.
  2. Fry the cauliflower in a hot skillet. You can use oil, or vegetable broth as an oil-free alternative.
  3. Add the garlic, Tamari, Thai green curry paste, scallions and pineapple.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Garnish with peanuts, if desired.
