State Police Vehicle Hits Pedestrian In Hudson Valley
The investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
LLOYD, NY — State police are investigating an incident in which one of their marked vehicles struck a pedestrian Tuesday, Aug. 14. Around 6 a.m., a member of the State Police on routine patrol struck the person on North Road near Route 9W, south of Route 299.
The pedestrian suffered several injuries and was taken by ambulance to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and updates will be released as warranted.
