Ardent Leisure Group (ASX: AAD) today advises that it has identified an error in the 2015 Annual Taxation
Statement issued to investors on 31 August 2015.
The error relates to the allocation of franking credits attached to Ardent Leisure Trust's franked distribution income. Whilst the Trust's first and second half distributions to investors contained a component of franked distribution income, franking credits were incorrectly allocated entirely to the first half distribution. This resulted in disproportionately high franking credits attaching to the first half franked distribution income and none to the second half franked distribution income.
The error is being rectified and revised Annual Taxation Statements will be issued to investors shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to investors.
