Antonella Barba, a former contestant on “American Idol,” has been arrested in Virginia on drug charges.

The singer, 31, was cuffed Thursday and charged with heroin distribution of 100 grams or more, according to Norfolk sheriff’s office online records.

She is being held in jail without bond, and is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.

Barba appeared on Season 6 of the reality series in 2007, the year Jordin Sparks was crowned the winner. She made it to the top 16 before getting eliminated from the competition.

The New Jersey native’s stint on the show didn’t come without controversy; she made headlines after a series of provocative photos surfaced, including snapshots of her posing in a wet T-shirt at the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C.

“The pictures that were released of me — the ones that are of me — they are very personal and that is not how I intended to portray myself nor do I intend to portray myself that way in the future,” she said at the time.

Barba was also arrested in 2011 for allegedly shoplifting from a Manhattan Urban Outfitters.

She appeared alongside a slew of other “Idol” alums, including William Hung and Haley Reinhart, in a “Where Are They Now?” segment that aired on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in March.
