Sharon Kay Larson

Sharon Kay Larson, age 56 of Duluth, MN, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on July 25, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital. She was born June 22, 1962 in Duluth, MN, the youngest of four girls born to Benhard and Dorothy (Jacobson) Larson. Sharon attended Hermantown Schools.

Sharon said her biggest achievement in life was her three children and her grandson. She was very proud of them and loved them deeply. Sharon was a sweet and gentle soul. She enjoyed fishing, especially for walleye. She collected trolls and spent hours searching for agates. Her dogs, Coco and Chloe, were very special to her.

Sharon is survived by her children: Justin Hultquist of Duluth, Julie Hultquist of Duluth, Colton Maddy of Duluth; grandchild: Odin Hultquist; sisters: Linda (Joseph) Ranniker-Wertelka of Rotonda West FL, Deborah (Edward) Gilchrist of Brooklyn Park MN, Kathleen (Andrew) Thielen of Plymouth MN; special friends Tom Hultquist and Rodney Manore; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother Barbara Cash.

A Memorial Service will be held for Sharon at Cremation Society of Minnesota located at 4100 Grand Avenue in Duluth on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 2:00 PM with a visitation beginning one hour prior.
