The mum of one's trim post baby figure was on display in her figure hugging workout gear as she hit the pavements.

Stacy's tie-dye leggings were cropped just below the knee, with the fitness fan adding a pair of black and grey trainers.

She kept things simple on her top half with a black zip-up hoodie, and covered her hair with a baseball cap.

With her sunglasses on and her earphones in, Stacy smiled her way through her outdoor workout.

The brunette beauty seemed hell bent on getting her body back not long after, and used her eponymous health blog to chart her success.

Talking about her achievement late the same year, Stacy said: 'More than three months have passed since I gave birth, and I'm happy because my body is back. I feel strong, flexible, and very high energy. ... I feel fortunate to have the body that I do -- but I work hard for it.'

The television star is now rarely seen out of the gym but considered hiking, pilates and long walks to be her saving grace during her first pregnancy.

Her diet meanwhile, is also largely to thank for her rapid return to her pre-baby shape and her continued impeccable fitness. 'My diet -- during and after pregnancy -- was the major reason I was able to shed the baby weight. In fact, what I put into my body was the biggest single thing that helped me get back in shape,' she writes.
