New Eatery Takes Over Former Kitchen A Bistro In St. James
The Italian restaurant recently opened at the site of the former Kitchen A Bistro, which closed in June.
ST. JAMES, NY - A new Italian restaurant has opened in place of the former Kitchen A Bistro, which closed in June after over 16 years in business.
Now, Pietro Cucina Italiana has recently taken over the space, located on 404 North Country Road.
"We would like to thank all of our neighbors, family and new friends for the warm welcome," a post on the eatery's Facebook page read. "Pietro can not wait to add the other dishes and delicacies he has in mind for you but getting to know you helps determine that. So thank you again for being so friendly and honest and becoming part of our new home."

Pietro officially opened its doors last Monday. An official grand opening will be held, but a date for the event has not yet been scheduled.
