4 Arrested In Concord DWI Patrol Over Thanksgiving
NH State Police said three individuals were charged with driving while intoxicated during a Concord patrol Thanksgiving weekend.
CONCORD, NH -- Four people were arrested during a New Hampshire State Police patrol targeting intoxicated drivers Thanksgiving weekend in the Concord area. State Police Sgt. Vincent Grieco said three of the individuals were charged with driving while intoxicated and the fourth was taken into protective custody.
The patrol was held Saturday and officers stopped 139 vehicles, Grieco said in a statement.
These are the individuals who were arrested:

- Timothy French, 28, of Sanbornton, was charged with aggravated DWI.
- Jessica Spaulding, 23, of Allenstown, was charged with DWI, drug possession and drug possession with intent to distribute.
- Michael Gallant, 52, of Gilmanton, was charged with DWI.
- A 35-year-old Boscawen woman was taken into protective custody.
"The New Hampshire State Police has taken an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired," Grieco said in a statement. "New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways."
