Republican Congressman Darin Lahood gives his take on what needs to be done with gun regulation.
“We have to have the proper funding at the local level and the state level so that there’s people they can talk to,” said Illinois Republican Representative Darin Lahood. “Whether that’s at your school; whether that’s the nurse at your school. Whether that’s talking to a doctor. When somebody observes or is around somebody that is not right, that they can refer them to the right, proper place, and that we can get them the proper treatment.”
Lahood said he thinks Illinois should raise the age of who can purchase a firearm.
