84-year-old woman dies in hospital from Wednesday crash near Chewelah
An 84-year-old woman died in the hospital Friday from injuries sustained in a five-car crash on Wednesday north of Chewelah.
The crash occurred at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 395 at milepost 213.
Beryl Davis was riding as a passenger in a 2009 Subaru Tribeca, driven by Kenneth Davis, 87, when he drifted into another lane, causing the crash, according to a news release from Washington State Patrol.
Three people, total were injured including Kenneth Davis.
The crash is still under investigation.
