Dispatch, Fallout Boy Playing At Merriweather This Weekend

The schedule for Merriweather for the remainder of July includes mega stars like Fall Out Boy, David Byrne, We The Kings and more.

COLUMBIA, MD — Back-to-back shows are playing this weekend at Merriweather Post Pavilion. A popular indie band plays Saturday, and a radio station's annual music festival will overtake Merriweather on Sunday.

The indie band Dispatch will take to the stage Saturday night. Openers are Nahko & Medicine for the People and Raye Zaragoza.

Doors open for Kerfuffle at 12:30 p.m., with the first act — L.I.F.T. — at 1:40 p.m. kicking off a series of rock bands.

According to DC101, the tentative schedule will start with L.I.F.T., followed by Mt. Joy at 2:30 p.m., Robert DeLong at 3:35 p.m., AJR at 4:40 p.m., AWOLNATION at 5:50 p.m, Rise Against at 7:15 p.m. Fall Out Boy is slated to appear at 8:50 p.m and will close out the show.
