STEELVILLE, MO (KTVI) – Governor Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency for flooding across Missouri. Those flood waters turned dangerous in Steelville Friday morning as emergency responders began water rescues at a mobile home park. Water also rushed into City Hall.
