Kate Middleton's post-pregnancy beauty secret has been revealed.

The Duchess of Cambridge welcomed her second child Princess Charlotte into the world earlier this month and is currently taking time out from her royal duties at her home in Norfolk.

She has recruited her parents Carole and Michael Middleton for help in raising the new arrival and helping with Prince George (22 months).

And it looks like it's a family affair for the Middletons in helping with the royal family as her sister Pippa has arranged for fresh juices to be delivered to Amner Hall every three days to give Kate an "extra boost" after the new arrival.

"Pippa arranged to have fresh juices delivered to Kate every three days," an insider told Us Weekly.

"It was a surprise treat. Kate used to blend her own juices and this is much easier. She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It's Kate's go-to for an extra boost."

It was revealed last year that the mother-of-two swears by green smoothies and is arguably the most famous devotee of the Nutribullet.

The Nutribullet is a mini-rocket-like ‘superfood extractor’. It is essentially a cross between a blender and a juicer, as it pulverises everything from spinach to Brazil nuts with ease, leaving no waste behind.

It's little surprise that Pippa is behind the health kick as she has recently signed up to a nutrition course specialising in organic diets and has been encouraging the Duchess to grow her own vegetables.
