NeNe Leakes And Full House Star Candace Cameron Bure To Join Dancing With The Stars?

The new season of Dancing With the Stars is only weeks away and now the rumours have begun with NeNe Leakes reported to be taking to the dancefloor.

The 18th series of the US show kicks off on March 17 and although the full cast won't be unveiled until March 4 in a Good Morning America special, rumours are flying about which celebs will be fighting for the Glitterball trophy.

E! have reported that Glee star and Real Housewife NeNe Leakes is one of the celebs signed up along with Full House actress Candace Cameron Bure.

ABC does not comment on casting rumours, however "multiple sources" have told E! that the two will be taking part.

NeNe shot to fame on the Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2008, going on to land starring roles in Ryan Murphy's hit shows The New Normal and Glee. Bure meanwhile is best known for her role as D.J. Tanner on Full House, which ended in 1995, with the 37-year-old mother of three now a best-selling author.

Kelly Brook was previously reported to be under consideration thanks to a good word from her pal Derek Hough while last year's finalist Jack Osbourne has hinted his mum Sharon would be up for following in his and sister Kelly's footsteps.

Jack told Glamour in November: "Well, you know my mom was a trained dancer at the same school that Derek [Hough], Julianne [Hough], and Mark [Ballas] went to. She is actually a classically trained dancer and signed up for [DWTS] three times already but had to pull out because of her schedule.

"She really wants to do the show, but she’s just too busy. I have to convince her to do that."

While there's no confimation yet on the celeb lineup, it has been confirmed this week that DWTS has a new host.

Erin Andrews will take over from Brooke Burke Charvet, with Erin confirming her new job on Twitter yesterday. 

Retweeting: "@GMA: #DWTS Announcement: Joining @Tom_Bergeron as a co-host this season will be @ErinAndrews!", Erin who appeared on the 10th season of the popular show, added: "Very excited! I have HUGE shoes to fill."
