“We’re working on eleven as we speak. We’re working on a script right now. A new draft – perfect timing – is supposed to hit the day before Halloween. Hopefully my Halloween night reading will be a good read.”One thing's for certain when it comes to Halloween III, Rob Zombie will not be directing. Although having written and directed both of the reboots, Halloween and Halloween II, Zombie is adamant that he's not returning for a third. Although as time has gone by some fans have told me that they like it, and that it is one of their favourites from the franchise.
“I think because it was a Halloween sequel, people had a preconceived idea of what it was supposed to be…"
In the IGN review of Halloween II, we said "Rob Zombie doesn't like you. In fact, if there's anything that Zombie respects less than his audience, it's the movies themselves."
